This game reminds me of Gabriel Knight in some ways. It's more like an interactive comic book than a full on click-and-point adventure game, but I really liked the art. The puzzles were surprisingly good most of the time, although a couple weren't so obvious as to the solution, and a couple were more like minigames where you had to be pretty fast with the mouse. My only (minor) complaint is that you can't pick up objects you know you'll need until you're actually ready to use them. Although that might be my own shortcoming... reverting to the mindset of early adventure games where you hoard anything you can pick up. Overall, they kept it rather simple, which worked well for a quick playthrough.

I think everyone knows the game had a rocky launch, but the game is exceptional now. Still lags a bit every time I launch my map even on an RTX 3070, but the experience is way better than it was when the game first came out. I plan on exhausting all the missions and DLC as it's just a lot of fun now.
