I loved cyberpunk at release. Hated the bugs but could not get enough of gaming in the world. Then phantom liberty transformed the game to one almost unrecognisably better than the original. Here we are years later, so the game has got to be technically last gen, and it is the benchmark for pretty. No longer is Witcher 3 CD Projects magnum opus. Buy it.
This is *exactly* the cyberpunk experience I was looking for. While I personally loved 2077, quirks and all, since launch; I know a lot of people were put off. Stop being put off, right now. The base game with 2.0 and this DLC are absolutely worth your time; if they dont steal entire days of your life, then you really aren't a cyberpunk fan. It's a shame the dev team were forced to release the game before it got to this stage, because this is one of the best damn games of 2023, and thats a fucking high bar!
