It's an awesome game, of course, and works fine on start up without a bunch of fiddling around like you have to do with the Steam version. It'll freeze for a couple seconds every once in a while, mostly when you go into VATS and the game does NOT like to be alt-tabbed. It may or may not (but usually will not) maximize again after you alt-tab out of it. Haven't had any problems with it other than that. Also, even in vanilla the game looks 10 times better on PC than console and the load times are super fast. That's a good thing too because if you know anything about Fallout 3, you know there's no shortage of loading screens.
