To work with the Steam version, you need to download a patch from nexusmods to downgrade your version. Problem is, nexusmods is utterly broken and won't let me download any file. After trying with 4 different browsers, I gave up. I've read the mod has some other technical issues, but I can't even get to that point because just installing it is dependent on a terrible 3rd party site that does work. TLDR: Allow me to install this mod without having to go to nexusmods.
