I'm on my second play through (I didn't 'finish" the game the first time through on the xbox, but it's provided hours of enjoyment). The bad guys are stupid, but that's all a part of the fun. I'm finally getting back to the feel of the problem solving that you need to take care of business. I love the way the world opens up (turns color) as you go through missions. Doing things becomes so satisfying in this game. You play an Irish protagonist who takes on the Germans in Nazi Occupied France. You will blow up buildings, train bridges, tanks, cars, and single-handedly take on many, many Nazis at once. This is lots of fun... I strongly recommend this game, it's been one of my favorites and the fun holds up even in 2016.
This game far surpasses anything I've seen in a text adventure. There are all sorts of things to do, even running your own bar, and it's a whole lot of fun. I read through some of the history on the (bundle not receiving keys), etc. etc. and it seems that the developer was reasonable in explaining the situation and showing interest in resolving problems with people that feel they were wronged. I did not buy the game in one of those bundles, so I don't know how they responded past that. But this is really about the game. It's cool. If you used to be into text-based adventures, I'd highly recommend it. Even if not, it's amazing what they've done.
