One of the best RTS ever and way ahead of it's time. WBC1 has a great campaign yet WBC2 offers a different approach that greatly increases replayability. WBC3 even though improving certain technical aspects feels uninspiring compared to both predecesors in the series. Most new factions in WBC3 feel not well thought out and many of the older factions lose so much personality. In my opinion WBC2 was the pinnacle of the series.
For anyone growing up in the early 2000s the best ARPG was probably D2. Titan Quest is one of the closest games to that Masterpiece to date.
It's an incredible game that explores many features pretty unique for the genre. Definitly worth your time if you have not played it before and want to experience some very original and interesting ideas in ironically a pretty old title.
