I wasn't exepcting too much after buying this game (it was recommended to me) and was positively surprised. Great quality of artwork (locations look like airbrush paintings), really nice sound and great atmosphere got me hooked on the story immediately (although it's predictable). I installed the second part after finishing this one, definetely worth checking out!
Great game in a great setting, amount of pleasure coming from slaughtering your enemies (hordes!) is immense. Has exactly that Doom feel - it's like Doom but in a new setting and a bit refreshed. Level design - all the imperial installations leave a huge impression, loved to explore them. Great sound, graphics and atmosphere, loved the servoskull helper as well :) The only minus for me was that it gets a bit repetitive after a while (which boomer shooter doesn't), but still totally worth the money. For the Emperor!
