Tropico 5 is still interesting strategy game, but if you own Tropico 4 with all DLCs, it is just a pack of new scenarios. Additionally, story-line and scenarios are not so funny and innovative than you could expect. On the other hand, you can usually continue on already built island, so there is no need to start the island always from the scratch. There is not much new game-play experience than in previous version. What I really like, is the music, which is very catchy. What I really hate is DLC policy, when there are lot of expensive DLCs with very low added value, and without them you have still feeling of incomplete game. To conclude, I have mixed feelings. With all DLCs it is very good game, but not so catchy and funny as previous one. If you wait for complete version, it is 4 stars out of five.
