If checking immigration papers doesn't sound like fun, you're right. I give this game props for creativity for an unusual gamification, but checking papers really is a boring and as much like work as you would expect. I'm 100% for the retro graphics, but it interferes with the gameplay when you have to determine gender on a blob of pixels. Even if this game has an expansive plot line, if the basic game mechanic (matching text and pictures) isn't fun to you, the game won't be either.
