I would not recommend for players unfamiliar with the original Hollow Knight as it will not hold your hand and difficulty ramps up quickly, if you have played the previous game and enjoyed it then Silksong is a worthy successor to the franchise. The changes to gameplay make everything feel new and fresh. If you are like me and waited years for this, it is worth the wait!
Plays just as well if not better than the original. Has a few bugs. One crash after leaving the game running for a few hours, and an issue with the 2 bells in the cathedral. Other than that it plays wonderfully and the remastered graphics look great!
Certainly a challenging game, but worth it. Great gameplay loads of polish. Good length and plenty of late game challenges for those who want to push it even further.
