If you want BFBB without any form of padding in the form of needing a certain amount of collectibles to progress, this is what you are looking for. Furthermore, this game has the better and more creative worlds. The only thing it is missing is more playable charachters since this essentially merges all abilities into just spongebob.

This is the best co-op open world experience out there for pc as well as the best open world of all LEGO games. It is essentially lotr again but based on the first 2 hobbit movies. Unfortunately the third one is left out which eventhough would not give that many more areas, would give the oppurtunity to have 1 or 2 more big set peace battle missions which are some of the most fun in these games. The only other gripe is how many charachters in the roster are essentially duplicates, other than that this game is an improvement in every aspect. The world is bigger, charachters have more possible interactions as well as abilities setting them apart. Crafting and gathering has been added in a way that does not feel to intrusive and fitting the simplicity expected in a lego game. Solid 9/10 (so 5 stars on here)

This game alongside practically most other lego games is best experienced in co-op. The simplicity and fun of these games is unbeatable. This game essentially allows you to follow the movies. However what sets this apart from earlier lego games is the open world. The open world alongside's the hobbit's is also arguably the best of the lego games, miniature lotr is simply fun to explore co-up behind the same screen.

The atmosphere is incredible in this game, especially when you consider how 'empty', in terms of charachters, the game is. Cleaning an area turns it from a dark atmosphere to a lively green one and the charachters (prince and elika) are enjoyable. The only gripe I have is that towards the end you are required a bit to many orbs to collect. The gameplay isn't complex and very laid back with the beautiful setting, story, soundtrack and graphics carrying most of the game. More like a close 9 out of 10 so I just gave it 5 stars. The fact this runs on a modern pc without needing any kind of do it yourself fixes unlike other pop games makes this by far the best one to get.

The game has really cool atmosphere. A nice story and graphics. The vampyre theme in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world is fun to explore. This could easily be 5/5 or atleast 4/5. Unfortunately the 'update' to modernise the controls did not do much. The moment any movement key is pressed the camera adjusts. While the controls now do let you turn the camera freely, moving it while the player charachter moves means you're fighting with the game that is trying to readjust the camera. It is incredibly frustrating so I refunded the game. I used mouse and keyboard, and no, a controller should not be neccessary for a PC game.
