I was watching a video today about the 1.5 patch, it's why I actualluy opened the app. Like many others, I preordered when asked. At full price, I'm just not salty about it. Indeed I am a denized of r/lowsodiumcyberpunk, setup becuase the real reddit was a cesspit of negativity. Was the game broken at the start? Yes. Yes it was. I spend several hours troubleshooting to get out the garage without crashing. I finally made it to Night City, looked around the apartment, crashed when I looked into the mirror, sent V to sleep, and left it there. At this point I have spent 9 years modding Skyrim, I watch people talk about the amazing mods people are making for the game, watch as they fix it piece by piece, can they fix the narrative? No, but you play the game for the experience. Most of the non salty people reddit love it for what it is. I intend to be one of them, once CDPR finish patching it, then we can mod in peace. The game will be good eventually, I have faith, and more impotantly patience. I wiuld urge you to have the same.
