I Was a Teenage Exocolonist

Great Visual novel with some ok gameplay

You can either run it as either a Visual novel or increase the difficulty of the cards so it becomes harder to choose and you have to cope with failures. After the first playthrough you get option to act depending on what you know will happen.

RollerCoaster Tycoon® Deluxe

Still a classic

A little slow but still a classic where you have to build your own Theme Parks. Only flaw is that it is a bit slow and some buildings are strictly better than others.

Ozymandias: Bronze Age Empire Sim

Quite unique 3X

A smaller scope game than traditional 4x games that sacrifices exploration for a much faster experience. Well worth playing as its quite easy to get into.

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun

Classic Group Stealth

A game that revitialized the Group Stealth Genre after the original Commandos/Desperados developers shut down.

Dead In Vinland

Better than its parts

The story and characters is good, the exploration and basebuilding are good but somewhat hard to get into. Some buildings are simply better than other and some locations almost requires a walkthrough. Combat are ok but fairly simple. What makes me give it a 4 is that the parts play into eachother. Do you get looters so you dont have to build certain buildings early? Do you keep people that are worse than others because they are interesting?

FTL: Advanced Edition

Classic that takes some time

It takes some time to get started and it has a high element of randomness it is still an absolute classic.

Into the Breach

Near Perfection

As a TurnBased veteran this is a timeless classic. Easy to get into with a mixture of luck and skill.

Deep Sky Derelicts

Unique and good, not great

A unique combination makes the game feel unique compared to Hearthstone, Darkest dungeon, FTL and Into the Breach. It tries to match Darkest Dungeon 1, I havent played 2. The balance isnt quite there but the grind of Darkest Dungeon made me give up on it. - Story 3/5 There is an interesting concepts on the machines. - Balance -4/5 Some combos are strictly broken as you get into the midgame. You wont always draw them and there is some counters the enemies have. -Grind 3/5 If you play Hardcore you want to do every side mission as you cant reload.

Dead In Vinland - Norse Side Stories

Some more flavor

Like that they add interactions that makes it take longer to see all. Making it impossible to see all in a single session does a lot to add flavor. Personal favorite is the evil romance story.

Offworld Trading Company - The Patron and the Patriot DLC

For people who cant get enough campaign

If you really like campaigns but feal they get repetitive after playing the same company a few times this DLC is perfect. Each of the changes makes the campaign experience feel new again. Even if the story feels redundant the gameplay changes much less so. Play with a new character who dont buy glass or pay half the rent? Play on a map that create a larger demand for your fuel for every module? Play on a map where power prices are fixed so you dont have to build any generators? Try out a short campaign to test a new character? If you play lots of campaigns then buy this!
