The game is fun, looks good, and has some replay value. The writing is what I would expect from Obsidian after games like New Vegas. However I think a lot of people expected this to be the second coming of Fallout: New Vegas but it isn't. A good game that is worth picking up if you have interest in RPG shooters like Fallout, space western settings, and can appreciate that it doesn't take itself too seriously. But if you are expecting this to be Fallout: New Vegas 2 then you'll probably be disappointed.
