I loved original Gwent in Wither 3 a lot. For me it was easy to grasp and enjoyable as hell. Sadly with this one it's a completely different story.. Firstly good part: cards art, music and overall 'witcher' style - it's gorgeous. Weak part: number of cards and core game mechanics. Let me explain. Each fraction has tons of cards, each one with its own abilities, powers, cost etc (don't forget neutral cards as well). The problem is that if you want to build your own deck without copying or downloading something made by other folks, you have to spend A LOT of time not actually playing but just combining an testing your set. You build a deck, try to remember all cards abilities and the way each one can interact, test it, lose game after game, try another card combination and repeat whole process on and on and on. I get that for someone who is a hardcore pro it can be enjoyable but if you just want to casually play for 30-45 minutes in the evening without spending hours building decks and memorizing cards - its not that fun at all and just doesn't work. That being said if you're not ready to spend countless hours messing around with different decks - you may not enjoy it as well. For me it didn't deliver experience I expected so after 45 hours I gave up and uninstalled it.
