My first play through of phantom liberty has been great and I will reassure anyone who has been reading these DRM fissy fits that it is false, refusing to play, crashes, etc, I'm only on a RTX 4070 gpu 140 tgp powered laptop and I'm able to run it flawlessly, that said if you are trying to play OFFLINE run the .exe from the file directory. This DLC seems like it was the real beginning of the game before the expedited release, it is only a theory. It is good. If you do have any crashes it is because of MODS which needed to be disabled. ( Probably not now but if back when it launched that was probably their unknown reason. )
