A great story to this great adventure with quite a long playtime - around 10hrs. If you like classic adventures with rather good logical puzzles than grab this piece. And if you also like cyberpunk, than definitely grab this piece. If you like being a detective than also grab this one. If you like droids and synths - than also grab this piece. And if you want to see a future of the AI - this game might give you more than one possible solutions...
I remember spending hours and most of my pocket money when arcade machines came to the town. Double Dragon was definitely one of the best games for two players. And you don't need a Galaxy Client to play LOCAL multiplayer, not even for single player. So I am completely OK with it... Just missing the intro in DD3.
A very nicely looking graphics together with dark music that brings back the feeling of playing when I was much younger (Prince of Persia, Abe, Jazz, Onandonandon;) . As "Mnietek" and "JakobFel" mentioned it feels like Prince of Persia - but with a new touches and graphics. The story is quite obvious, but nice to follow. As many mentioned - the controls are sometimes numb I would say. The Randall guy you are playing as is quite big and slower, so it adds to the game feeling and it was wanted by authors I would say. If you feel like you have to first kill a bunch of zombies before you can continue - don't. They will reappear again and again and ... again. The survivor first. Run if you can! And if you cannot - run! When you think it is mostly running and jumping on the street, you get into the maze of sewers and puzzles become a bit harder, zombies scarcer, but still easy flowing. Didn't get some of the puzzles on the first try with a feeling WTF!? How? Why? Bastards! Again! Give me more of it... Even it is shorter than we are used now - it is feeling good and not old... If more authors do games with player in mind and heart - the world would be a much nicer place. So let's slash some madrfakr zombii and run baby run!
