Well, the game's price is about half of the Witcher 3 and it required probably 1% of Witcher's budget to produce. So CDPR decided to monetize some of the Witcher and Gwent brands value, nothing's wrong with that. It is just a variety of Gwent with a bit of a story thrown in and simplistic graphics and mechanics. Your got several decisions to make which are are irreversible (as there is a single save), but influence mostly your deck and not the story line. There is a precious little reference to Witcher and none of its atmosphere. I did finish it just because I need something to occupy me while I exercise on a stepper.
