I wasn't very hyped but this is the only game I bought as a pre-order, out of patriotism. I honestly think this game needs at least one more year in development, with rested devs not worying about business people. I have pretty good specs but the game sometimes dips below 60fps, crashes once per hour on average and is full of clipping issues, npcs holding invisible items, not to mention cops appearing out of nowhere. One good thing I can tell, it looks rather nice but was definitely rushed. I'm not planning to refund, but will probably wait until devs have some time to fix it. Devs: don't worry too much, I'm sure you did your best, f*** business people & stay healthy.
