The bad reviews are wrong! Make no mistake: all deluxe content is available for early access players. You just have to know where they are, the game won't tell you: all "physical" content (character sheets, OST) can be found in the installation folder. The digital game content can be found in the storage in the chest. Everything is there and as promised by Larian.
