Dishonored 2 is such an amazing game with deep detailed levels. The design and gameplay feel great, but the game is let down by some technical issues. Framerates really need to lock to 60 or 120, or else the game has really bad tearing issues. I couldn't things to work without turning on Vsync at the driver level. There were a lot of performance issues on release, but a modern system can just power through most of the performance issues from its launch.
