Game must be played to be appreciated... Combat system is a weak point, but the experience improves with time. You must prepare for fights, especially on any difficulty other than easiest. Very immersive world, interesting characters. Dark fantasy with the perfect amount of edge. Choices you make matter, so be mindful. Incredibly impressive for a 2007 RPG. Only wish the devs had unlimited time and an unlimited budget to create more areas of Rivia to explore with Geralt and co.
