Bought this game at retail price and was disappointed by ending and length. I don’t recommend this game. It’s only good for a one-time play through and only 4 or so hours at that. Also, it felt unfinished. Keep that in mind when buying. I regret buying at full price. Note: Hopefully the founder will send me a DMCA take-down notice since he's so fond of them and that would be more entertaining/exciting than this game.
Would be a great game if the controls were better. That and the awful save system sink this game for me. I won't be finishing this game because of too much frustration. Most of the positive reviews here are more about nostalgia. Thanks a lot reviewers. At least I bought this on sale. I gave it 2 stars because the extras are neat (soundtrack mostly).
OK I know I'm not the most avid gamer, but come on there is no indication on what I'm supposed to do. I got stuck moving back and forth on the chainsaw activation in the beginning. What’s the objective here? Go ahead and mock me for my anti-elitist gaming skills, but this game failed to get me doing anything. I didn’t get to try the “hard” part, unless that part is figuring how to play the game. If you want a hard platformer, I would recommend Super Meat Boy or VVVVV. Both of those games at least let you know what to do. Very frustrating!
This game is a chore to play. The person is really difficult to control with a keyboard and mouse. I finally became fed up and just watched a play through. May be better on a different platform other than PC.
