Exiled Kingdoms is an intriguing action oriented rpg type game that is quite playable with a fairly large map of different areas to explore. Its not Diablo IV by a long shot and it graphics are a bit dated, at least when compared to modern arpgs on the market. However, fans of the genre will want to check out this title. Game play, graphics, interactions are easy to learn and the world is simple enough to jump right in without extensive reading or learning curve. As an avid rpg game fan of old, I quite enjoyed the game so far. Its easy to jump into mini quests, explore small areas of the game world, and complete tasks without long spans of game play, making it a great fit for busy individuals with a few minutes to spare. With the game's easy to learn dynamics, there are also a few downsides. The game map or world map is a little cumbersome with some map areas cordoned off with obstacles like rivers, trees, mountains, etc making travel difficult for some locations. Thus travel can be a little difficult. The game does have portal type travel options and scrolls that can help travel to nearby cities. The other downside can be the quests. Some quests have vague descriptions and players may need to gossip at taverns to learn more details. Unfortunately even with gossip tips, quests can still be unclear. That said, most quests are not too difficult and patience will often allow players to complete most of the quests. Exiled Kingdoms is worth checking out for those with moderate expectations.
