Cyberpunk 2077

Broken Audio|terrible state|uninnovative

Close to being scam. Didn't expect that from CDPR, like most people did not. Worst for me is the broken audio, still with patch 1.6 - what's so difficult about making a few audio samples play without turning it into a terrible glitch-crackling-plopping nightmare? Please fix ASAP! Performance is abominal on a latest 12 Core Ryzen with 64GB Ram, RTX 2080 and all the good stuff running Windows 10. Didn't play for long, but long enough to find controls with a DS4 are counter-intuitive, game feels sluggish, like rubberbanding, I get stuck trying to jump through a window while the same size window next to it lets me through. Sadly that also seems to be true for bullets, can't shoot through one window, get hit by the enemy aiming perfect through a wall... The music and graphics are disappointing, anything but spectacular and nothing about the game seems to justify the eternaly long development process or have anything to do with the Cyberpunk (or alike as Shadowrun) RPG I know, or even the once breathtaking trailer video. It's all mediocre to very bad and I hate myself that I spent full price on it. Not gonna continue to play until the audio is fixed and even then I can't see I'm gonna enjoy this game.

Dungeon Keeper™ 2

Just awesome

I've been unsure to buy this game. Watching some gameplay vids on youtube left me with ambivalent feeling, mainly because of the old 3D graphics and the bad camera perspective / angle. The thing is, I can always go with old pixel art and still enjoy it, even find beauty within. But old 3D graphics... naay. Still I wanted to play the second DK, also because there's never been a new game like this yet. So I bought it and googled around a bit. INSTANT AWESOMENESS!!!! Just by tweaking some registry settings I can run the game up to HD resolution (although I prefer to play it in 1600x1200 because I don't like the widescreen distortion). Using my GPU-Tool (RadeonPro/Nvidiawhatever) I added 8x AA, Triplebuffer, SMAA, ... and the game looks close to perfect now. I also found a forum that taught me how to zoom out further, almost infinitly. Ingame I found using the F1-F4 keys you can turn off perspective distortion and change the camera angle. GOG did the rest by fixing whatever caused the game to crash constantly. I bought DKII in October 2014 and never experienced a crash. Definitly buy this game!
