As a mod for Fallout 4, it remains extremely similar to Fallout 4. If you like fallout 4 you will probably like fallout london, if you don't, you probably won't. It's still the same talent system, the same gameplay loop, the same upgrading system, the same quest system in its core, nothing has been changed. When it comes to the differences ; -Fallout London is very pretty to look at, a lot of work has been put in world modeling, textures, and in fact i would almost say fallout london is much more of a good exploration of london landmarks game, and an awefull fallout fps action RPG, (but that's my personal opinion) -The weapons and enemies can be very unbalanced (more than fallout 4) at times - While there are some very fun and interesting set pieces to find and interact with, the quests themselves are overall extremely simple, and often boring, the main quest (gentry playthrough) is shallow and very disapointing. Some places are also tied to quests to be able to traverse, hindering free exploration. - It is as unstable as launch date fallout 4, around 15 crashes in my 60 hours playthrough, texture bugs are fairly common place, and key items often cliped through objects, needing to noclip through the floor to get it or having to disable doors. Also a ton of minor bugs that would take too long to enumerate.
