I wasn't going to drop my review before I beat the game for the first time, but seeing how this is getting treated, i want to give you guys my 2 cents. Graphics is not something I ever cared about in a game, and even I have to mention the visuals - they're astonishing, speaking of both design and just the graphics. Night City looks vibrant, big, mind-blowingly detailed and hand-crafted, and most importantly, natural, as in, it feels like a possible place somewhere in our future. The quality of this world and the objects within is equally high and great. For a First-Person Role-Playing game, the story feels actually unique, can't recall anything like that before, and I've beaten a lot of various titles since 00s. Do yourself a favour and try not to spoil anything for yourself - it is interesting, it is high-octane and it is touching. Side-quests feel equally great because they have you doing a variety of things. Types of quests and playstyle apparently depend on the person giving you the quest, its type and, well, your own choices! In some quests, for example, you need to free a person from captivity, but some of these are rewarded higher if you raise no alert; may depend on a quest and a fixer, and you won't feel forced to go sneaky-beaky, no worries there. Graphical preset is at HIGH/ULTRA. Having my CPU below minimum specs, my RAM below recommended specs, and GTX 1080 as a GPU, I haven't suffered much. The performance is fine for the most part, but due to my weaker-than-desired configuration, highly crowded areas may give me a drop, but again, the settings are high at 1080p fullscreen. Bugs are there, but are not game-breaking or terrible, or at least they weren't to me. We're told to have patches in the following months, so that's barely an inconvenience at all. Can't believe I finally get to play it, enjoying every single second of it!
