A great souls-like that reminds me heavily of Blasphemous. I absolutely loved the aesthetic and the feel of the game. Combat is also very fluid and fun. After the changes since launch the game is very easy and enjoyable.
Good game with fun main bosses and art style. Decent music, albeit a bit repetitive. If it does not resonate with you, persevere until you get water form (40 minutes in). Then the game really opens up.
