Lovely short game. If you get it for a few bucks it's totally worth it to play with a girlfriend or a small child. It's very sweet, colorful, the mechanics are well crafted.
It's pretty. You go around solving spatial puzzles. Some of the mechanics are very interesting and creative. So it requires a bit of creative thinking. A lot of times this gets annoying, frustrating and boring. I'm having some fun but not a lot of. I absolutely adored "Little nightmares", "Limbo", "Inside", "Far: Lone sails", "The final station" but this one is the worst of the lot. No complains though. I got it for 2 EUR, so it's fine.
It's fun. I've no idea what I'm doing but I'm having fun. The characters are likeable although I don't much care about the story.
Not easy, not too hard, rich in story, action packed. What more could you ask for?
You help a little fellow move a steam-operated vehicle in a post-apocalyptic world with no one else. Not the deepest or most complex game out there. But beautiful, with lovely landscapes and sound design. If you've played "Little nightmares" or "Limbo" it's a similar aesthetic without the horror elements. Got it for 1.50EUR, it's a no brainer.
Yep, very linear. Story focused. It's ok. The mechanics are well implemented and I'm having fun.
I've returned to this classic hoping to prepare for "The dark ages", as DOOM 2016 is a bit slower compared to Eternal. Man, it's still a great game.
