Nothing lasts forever, not even Groundhog Day, so MC finds himself out of the loop suddenly, having to face the consequences of his last actions. But - surprise surprise - this day also starts to repeat. First I was not all too thrilled that the day focused mainly on the party in the evening, but after a few cycles there was a nice plot twist which I don't want to spoil here. Once more the MC keeps acting like a retarded idiot with only one thing in mind, making a fool of himself in more than just one situation. I can't help but think that the plot of this game presented in a less explicit way would fit a Leisure Suit Larry game - with time travel. Also, once again the humor is mostly just the right amount of over the top. The sequel can't keep up the paste until the end, at some point it becomes rather ... strange. But it's still one of the better ones and I enjoyed it. I wonder if the devs ever make a game about a male character who's main feature is not a third arm growing out of his crotch.

Turok was never my favorite. Not back then, not now. But it is a solid retro style shooter with interesting level design and a fun setting. Sure, there are plenty of games that have a similar setting these days, but back then it was something fresh. I would suggest to wait for a sale however, the standard price is not worth it in my eyes.

Before leaving bad reviews and votes, be aware that this is listed as "package", not a new game version. If it WAS a new game version and owners of the old versions would have to pay the full price, I could relate. But it's just a package of the existing games. So basically it's a 10% discount on the four games, which have been on sale the other day with a 90% discount. Yay!

The game looked nice enough to try, so I did just that. I only played the sandbox mode so far, can't say much about the VN presentation. It's nicely done, a little balancing is needed to win the trip at the end of the week. If you just follow the girls without getting points, you won't get to the second play area, meaning that the content there will find behind and in the end you finished everything else, and only have something left to do at weekends, which could become a bit boring. This could have been done better. While at the beginning of the game you have to draw runes for spells, the duels are done by a well timed click. I guess it was dumbed down at some point. If you don't want to get in bed with everyone, most kinky content can be avoided. Also only four sub story lines are needed for the main story to progress. The story arcs ... are not THAT original, you defintly saw every story arc in some VN or other game at some point in a very similar way, but they are presented quite nicely, they included some mysteries, nothing out of the ordinary, but still. So far I enjoy the whole package.

I just had some tracks running ... this OST can compete with the great compositions we know from the classic adventure cinema - maybe with fewer noticeable melodies however. David Arnold and John Williams beware! A few electronic enhancements can still be heared, but it's awesome nonetheless.
