Syberia 3: The Complete Journey

Not bad at all, but,,,

I didn't expect the same game as Syberia I or II as the times are changing, but these are my findings about this game: - first of all, the game graphics and music are really great and surprising - story not bad at all, however weaker than in Syberia I or II, but with combination of the game graphics quite immersive - very annoying camera, controls and character movement, you don't see where you can go, the camera is switching very weird way - quite bad inventory usage, don't expect click and drag behavior, Interaction with objects is sometimes buggy - the cursor disappears or ignores clicks. - very often long loading times (with just a black screen) even after you enter any door or another room - Dialogues cannot be skipped, - No way to save the game, only automatically on game decided checkpoints - interesting logical puzzles, but killed by poor controls : it is very hard to complete some actions with your mouse - specially when you need to drag/switch some levers, gears, or turn a wheel etc. - you try to turn but your mouse is already on the top corner of the screen and the wheel is not turning at all - some nonlogical elements in the game - e.g. in a big storm on the water the monster is attracted by a small gramophone placed on a boat :D I don't think during the storm anything else can be hear - some puzzles are really overkill, maybe just to increase the gameplay time The game has not the magic game feeling from Syberia I. or II., however the gameplay is longer, graphics are amazing and despite all the above mentioned points, I think it is worth to play.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice

Playstation gameplay kind of game

Well, the nordic theme with runes and gods and the graphics are the only thing I like in this game. The game is a kind of Playstation type - you just go, interact/open doors, fight, go, interact/open doors, fight and again and again. Similar Ps game is a God of war, which has a great story and nordic theme as well, but there still you just go, interact and fight. Such games should stay on consoles, not on PC. And you fight the same type of enemies most of the time, which are overpowered and the game becomes nervous. After you die, you can start the sequence from the beginning. So if you want to enjoy the nordic athmosphere and concentrate to the story, it is not so.

Battle Realms + Winter of the Wolf

Good old strategy game

I like this kind of games, however there could be some improvements. The fog of war is still there even if you visit the whole map, so it is very hard to find all the enemies and buildings. Geisha is not very active with automatic healing (much better was it in AOE). And there are not so many upgrades for soldiers and buildings. And the worst part - some missions can't be finished due to game crash. In the wolf mission if you destroy the last building, the game crashes all the time. There is no solution, just to play another mission from the map. I tried the game on new laptop, old laptop, older PC and the same issue eveywhere. Sad that GOG doesn't fix the issue if we paid for the game.

Arx Fatalis

Good old game, but...

I like such kind of games, however little bit annoying interaction with the things when it opens also the inventory etc. Also the map is very poor, you don't really know where you are. Howvever the game is still very good and interesting untill you come to the part of the game, where Ylsides attack you. They are disproportionately strong and that was the time, when I immediately uninstalled the game without finishing it. I didn't want to cheat and this part made the game almost unplayable.

Empire Earth 3

Not fascinated by this game

I am disapointed, I like EE I and II, but this turn based game on the map I really don't like.

The Settlers® 4: Gold Edition

good game..

This is a very good game from my childhood, but I thought that this one u sell now is some new reedition of the old game, but seems not... the old version works not on notebooks on fullscreen, so if it is an original 14-year old game, give it rather free... It should be released as HD version with better graphics and new features, then we can talk about buying...
