Stronghold Crusader 2

Decent Game, Different From Original

I've put probably hundreds of hours into Stronghold Crusaders (1) since I was a kid. I came into the second one expecting to play the game using a similar strategy (sell stone and iron for major profit). Can't do that because either I get swamped by the AI too quickly or can't make resources quickly enough (I have 4 stone quarries and 8 lumber huts. perhaps I do need a better strategy, but really, it seems the difficulty of Firefly games have gone up since this game and the newest one.

Cyberpunk 2077

Needs a little work, still a great game

My GTX 1060 was playing this on ultra between 25-35 fps. Turning it down to medium has boosted the fps to 40-60 depending on the crowd size (which have repeating NPCs) and location. Cyberpunk 2077's gameplay (shooting, slashing, etc.) feels great, except a few minor annoyances. Stealth and dodging do not mix well keyboardwise (accidently double tap a key and you'll pop up from cover to be seen by enemies). The vendors in the city do not work, leaving them to be space fillers with no use to V. For a city, you'd expect a little more interactivity between V and the city life (not that this is a city simulator by any means). I just expected to be able to go into a shop or burger joint and sit and maybe buy food. Instead, those are tied to missions or part of the scenery. Several glitches also appear with looting drones (required shooting downed drones with a shotgun to get SOME of the loot). Cars also have glitches where you can drive backwards but not forwards, and the camera will get stuck in first person. In my 12 hours or so of playing, I've enjoyed the shooting, the missions, getting close to Panam, and seeing the world. Hoping I can keep getting closer to Panam throughout my play. Otherwise, I'll be disappointed and will want a romance dlc to bring her to Night City or something :/
