Cyberpunk 2077

Great game on PC, minus a few bugs

I'm almost 39 hours into the game. The world and the NPCs are fantastically well-realized, it looks beautiful even without the latest and greatest ray-tracing 30xx GPU, and the story honestly gets better and better the further you go (both the main questline, and several major side quests). On top of that, CDPR have done an impressive job at making the game approachable for any play style. I'm a stealthy netrunner who almost never draws a weapon. But a rampaging cybered-up brawler, or gun-master - all would be equally viable. I'm truly having a great time playing so far, and I look forward to seeing how it all unfolds. Meanwhile, much has been made of the bugs. Personally, I've experienced a few, but nothing that was really game-breaking. In the time I've played so far, I've had 2 honest to goodness crashes-to-desktop, which were annoying but never lost me more than 5 minutes of play. I've encountered one mission bug, which forced me into a fight with someone who I should have been able to talk to - that was frustrating, but from what I can tell online, not common. And I've seen a handful of weird graphics glitches - one NPCs gun clipping through his head during a conversation, another sitting on the hood of his car only to suddenly teleport 3 feet to the right so he could sit on thin air, for example. Maybe a few others like that. All temporary and gone in a minute or so. Beyond that, the key remapping issue is really the most significant issue I've come across. I play with a trackball that does not have a middle mouse button. I can remap that button for most purposes, but not in inventory screens. Which means if I equip a piece of clothing, I can only replace it, I can't simply unequip it (if, for example, I just want to see how I look). Other folks have much worse issues with key bindings. Because of this issue, I'm deducting a star. Even so, I highly recommend this game.
