I think this game is absolutely amazing. The density they went for in this game is immense. The world design is insanely good and visually it is for sure the most dense game ive ever looked at. The map eliminates any and all issues i've ever had with many open-world games; big map but every objective is too far from the next causing long amounts of downtime. This game does not suffer from this. The combat is very well designed there are plenty of builds to make whether you want to spec into guns, melee or technophile-type combat. The narritive is where CDPR has always shined, the characters and plot laid out are amazing and the quest design feels fresh and diverse. I have found myself sprinting through the game because I have been so enticed to see how certain points in the story play out. This is also one of the only games to make me look back on my progressiong through the story and remember specific charaters and "memories" as they were. There are a bunch of bugs that the team for sure has been working on. I've had multiple bug patches since launch. Most bugs will be visual such as items floating in the air some will be audio cutting out on certain sounds like the car engine (that's the one time it happened to me in 30 hours of gameplay). The only issue I personally have (that i should prolly see for my self) is that from what ive seen online the main story is only like 20 hours to complete. A little different from witcher 3's 50+ hour story. Which is fine because the narritive and gameplay kept you coming back. Maybe it is a quality over quantity situation because so far the story and characters are really good. Performance is a bit lacking sometimes. At 1440p Ultra DLSS Auto on a 2080Super/3700x I get around 50-70 fps dipping towards the low end in the high density areas. Considering the 2060 recommendation for my settings i was expecting stable 60+ fps possibly around 100fps. Buy it no problem, you'll love Johnny Silverhand.
I've been playing this game with my friend a lot. Its really fun to just pick all the bad choices and destroy communities of people and watch them burn. The narritive driven by the game it well linked to the previous game, it is for sure an interesting story overall. I haven't run into any bugs so far in game. However much I love CDPROJECTRED I have to admit that my copy isn't appearing in my library anymore and I now have to launch the game manually. Although not a major problem there was a sharp moment of fear that my copy had been lost in the GOG system or something. Overall I couldn't recommend this game enough, for RPG fans and especially people who can rope their friends in from even Steam. 10/10 I don't know what the other 2 reviews are talking about, it isn't a crash fest, it isn't filled with bugs. If you're looking for a crash fest try out Fallout 3 or New Vegas (I love New Vegas btw).
