Children of Morta

Offline installers not up-to-date...

Buyers beware! The game itself is great. Unfortunately, update #3 is still not there in the offline installers, six days after the announcement. I suppose it is only available in the (optional???) Galaxy client. GOG refuses to answer questions...

Armello DRM Free Edition

not a tabletop game... on purpose

This game has beautiful graphics and all, but unfortunately, it is totally unplayable for me... I have been lied to: 'True Tabletop Feel' - it is NOT! You cannot zoom out to get a full overview of the board. They (developers) are obstructing the view when you try to zoom out and also block the zoom at ridiculously low level. This is crucial for every single tabletop game - at least for me - so it is a game breaker. The developers stated clearly they see it as a feature ( http://leagueofgeeks.com/forums/index.php?topic=1211.msg10808#msg10808 ) - so they are simply lying through their teeth (that it is a tabletop game) and there is no hope they will patch this in any foreseeable future. Others have written extensive reviews about how it is broken in this regard, the best example is Tom Chick: http://www.quartertothree.com/fp/2015/09/10/isnt-armello-supposed-to-be-a-boardgame/ Unfortunately, I am not entitled for a refund because I don't have any 'technical difficulties' with the game. Anyway, I'm done with it. Rage quitting :) Beware!
