This game is comfortably the best and most "complete package" deal you can get if you're looking for an antigravity racer. It has an insane amount of content in the base game and DLCs, but it also has thousands of custom ships and tracks that you can download (manually if on GOG) from the Steam Workshop. It's also pretty easy to make your own custom tracks. The amount of customization is insane. You can literally change the physics to suit your liking, change the speed of the game down to decimal place modifiers, turn power ups on or off, and even toggle features like barrel rolling or the type of boost mechanic. If you ever wanted to make your own Wipeout game, this is both an amazing game and a perfect engine to do so.
This game is so interesting and unique in both concept and execution. It's extremely simple and intuitive to learn, since the controls are basically a joystick and two buttons. It feels like an older arcade game, but it looks beautiful and is extremely fun. The systems work to auto-balance the game, so more skilled players are never able to dominate well-coordinated opponents. Great game overall, and one of the classic party games in my lineup.
This game is, to my knowledge, the best wizard game. I love how it went the direction of ATLA style magic, where the spells are elemental and tied to martial arts instead of an old man in a robe standing back and firing spells froms safety. It's essentially a fighting game/beat-em-up with magic. The combat is fluid and intuitive, the gameplay loop is addicting, the bosses are interesting, the builds you can run are deep and rewarding, and even the PvP is fun. There's even a modest competitive scene just for the PvP, as there's no other fighting game quite like it.
