Rayman Raving Rabbids™

Amazing!!

Finally I am winning!!! I love this game for the PC! I can finally say I am passing stages after a mere 3-4 tries (not 10-20)! just how a game should be. Bringing it to the PC was the best idea ever!! We own this game for the Wii, but I have to say, it was VERY difficult for me. Me at 120 lbs. I never saw the point of playing the Wii at all, which apparently was built for overweight people who spend the day watching TV (to get them going or something) I wonder how many thousands/millions people can actually say they lost weight with a Wii?.... anyway, I never saw the point. Plus most games are designed to give you such workout (this one is so bad, the developers must've been out of their minds), you have to swing to the point of injuring your arm sometimes (any injuries reported? I am pretty sure there was).... eventually the Wii ended up as the classic-game console replacement as I bought all the old nintendo games, got myself a classic controller and there. Not buying the WiiU by the way! Though the Raving Rabbids will always have some room in my heart; hooray for Rayman who finally found the confidence to beat them all!! So happy to find this game in GOG :)

a Steam user here...

Like everyone have said this game doesn't own up to good reviews here. As everyone knows, this game crashes on Intel. The developer answered to us that it would work on ATI Radeon and NVidia and pretty much said that Intel graphics suck. It so happens we have 2 other desktops, one with ATI and the other with NVIDIA and it doesn't work there either (the ATI one launches but it is so painfully slow you WANT TO cry). When I went back to the forum to let him know, there was no response. Shortly after I saw a News post in Steam saying that an update added more compatibility toward the Intel platform (this was last summer), and I updated only to find that it didn't affect my computer at all. Oh, refunds you ask? Steam said "go to the developer for refunds involving this title"... and with the attitude the developed has (I saw all the posts toward people with Intel graphics) I don't even think I want to deal with that dude. Spending $4 just to realize someone is such an idiot as this developer, is not a bad investment I guess. I've held off buying several games since then, unless I can actually play a demo. My 1 star review should speak for itself, hopefully there wont be anymore innocent gamers falling victim to this game, and the dude behind it.
