My steam controller doesn't work and apparently by that's by design. I was completely unaware of this despite reading extensively about the game before launch. Im playing on a 80" 4K TV and at 4K the games looks good but the performance is terrible even with a 3950X and 2080ti. Lower resolutions on an 80" screen just are too hard to look at. I'd suggest a 5000 series CPU and 3080 should probably be considered entry level for 4K. They have built in plenty of scope for the game graphics on future hardware; perhaps a little too much (I can run Crysis). What little I've seen of the game looks good and something I'd very much enjoy but trying to use mouse and keyboard from the couch combined with the choppy performance was effectively useless. The first gun battle proved impossible with the wonky controls. I'm hugely disappointed.
