Besides all the bugs and glitches and poor optimization this game is broken in fundamental ways. The art style is really gorgeous and the open world looks so nice at the first glance. But if you want to interact with it the immersion breaks. The NPC are dumb beyond belief. They won't react to your actions and move very awkwardly. The driving is bad. You can't change your character after creation. Police will just spawn on you out of nowhere. The story is pretty good and the acting of the characters is amazing but the open world isn't.
