One of my favorite games. I kinda like the idea truck companies are competing to deliver goods the customer wants. I like those upgrades, off-road shortcuts and variety of vehicles. Yes, there are few annoying glitches, but it's no AAA game. But my absolute favorite part of the game is the soundtrack. I dislike or maybe even hate heavy metal, with one major exception - instrumental version of songs from Russian band Aria. I love it and occasionally listen to it while working to this day. Last time yesterday :-)
I don't regret any minute from about 500 hours this game took from me. It is repetitive only if you allow it, or you can try different factory patterns every time you start a new game. It gives me the vibe I remember from playing Transport Tycoon - I finish this and I'll finally go to slee... oops, it's the afternoon already? And it's MARCH???
I finished the game in a few hours (no feat) and I had inevitable urge to replay it quite immediately - that's how captivated I was by its amazing atmosphere and gameplay, for which it quickly became one of the best games I've ever played. I was looking forward not to be stuck at some less obvious puzzles, but I was able to achieve less dying on my third run right after the second one. Controls wasn't my problem, as there are just a few keys to master, and thanks to that it works great even as a phone game. This game is a bag of chips. You dip in for a few pieces, but you end up finishing it all in one sitting.
