I had had this in my shame pile for a while and decided to load it up after finally finishing the Witcher 3 and GTA V (for some reason I have had more time at home recently).. Anyway my game has been plagued with audio issues. First the car engine noise and enemy attack effects were no existent. I tried the "VLC" fix and the 5.1 to stereo fix but to no avail. Eventually I limited the FPS to 60. This restored the car sound but ambient environment noise was almost undetectable and for some reason the car engine noise drops away after a while. Seems odd to.me that a game that is more than 5 years old is still suffering from such a basic issue. I have not had a problem with any other games. Including the much maligned Arkham Knight (which ran fine for me pretty much from release). It is not game breaking but as the title says it detracts from the enjoyment
