As a long time RPG player with all infinity engine games under my belt, this one is probably worth the price of admission even without the sale for most players who like RPGs. This was my first trip into the Shadowrun universe and it was an enjoyable little jaunt. The combat is reasonably solid but uninspiring but the medium length campaign means that it doesn't overstay its welcome and become stale. The writing is above average and the story is compelling enough to keep you moving through the campaign. There is something to be said for a solid linear campaign that keeps the main story moving along unlike the plethora of modern day Triple A titles that tend to just use open worlds as an excuse for poor writing and pacing. Will definitely get SR:Hong Kong next time I need a good story driven RPG itch.
