This was my first "retro boomer shooter" that I liked. I couldn't get into Boltgun, but this game was amazing. Combat and movement feel great, you can feel the impact of the guns (although SMG is lacking in that department). This game also has great atmosphere, especially if you are interested in communist block history or like those kind of vibes. Locations in the game are actually based on real Czechoslovakian buildings etc. 10/10 game for me, can't wait for another game from this studio.
Go play Port Royale 2 instead, it's way better! This version is butchered in terms of features and gameplay, also soundtrack is inferior. The game has also been abandoned by devs in the middle of post release development, so it will never be a full game that was promised.
*Warning, If You don't like slow games with lots of menus, charts and numbers - move on* But if You like this kind of games You will love it! For me building up your towns and fleets is very rewarding but most importantly relaxing. The atmosphere of the game is also done very well with calming sea side sound effects and orchestral music.
I remember the original game from Amiga, this one captures it really good. The game is trivial yet fun. Just remember it's really really short (it took me 30 minutes to finish the camping). But it has potential for some fun with your friend or girlfriend on the couch, the rules are simple so anyone can play it!
I really like this game, it's relaxing and has nice atmosphere. Only thing that I find disappointing is lack of "walkers" mechanic from old school city builder games, but that's a minor complain, also i hope they will add more buildings in the future.
