First: don't pay attention to Yeshu review. Now i explain why: the game ins't fixed. November 2015 the game was receiving one last beta patch on steam. That patch left Vsync feature half-broken and 3 major bugs. Some people fix one of them disabling the damage counter in the game and someone else fix the vsync broken feature problem and the shuttering problem forcing vsync externally from for example the Nvidia panel control and disabling it in game, but this doesn't work with every configuration. You must have some precise Gpu and driver combo. When we are talking about Desktop, vsync feature broken means 120 fps/s in every moment of the game, so your gpu will be totally used and the gpu fan will go crazy... that mean that you MUST to have a good fan and a good heat dissipative system. I can't imagine waht could be playing this game on a notebook with the wrong GPU+Driver conditions.... Anyway, Nordic Games after that beta patch disappeared and totally ignored support request from the people that own the game. And Nordic Games bring this beta patch on GOG after a year that Steam users are using it. My opinion is that the game is actually half-fixed and half-broken and that a customer must be well informed about this situation. Nordic Games isn't a serious publisher.
It's a good game and it's fantastic to have it in the shelf, it would deserve 4 stars, but i choose only one for the price: 7.29 euro in discount and 18.19 euro at full price for a 2004 game is really too much. With the same amount i can buy the new Wolfenstein (2015). Origin, a service that i don't like from a company that i don't like, sell it at 9.90 euro at full price. If gog will reduce the price i'll remove my review.
