The update, which was implemented in June 2019, allows for more detailed settings, including key configuration and brutality, and significant improvements such as network matching and practice modes. It is probably the same specificationas the Steam and PS4 versions. Old reviews are no longer helpful at all, because they have become completely different software before and after the update.
