Encountered this game as a kid, but it was too complicated and ran too slowly for my poor little Apple IIc. I've always wanted to find it and play it as an adult. So... kudos to Throwback for resurrecting it! Their port runs with no problems. The game itself is like a grognard hybrid of an old-school space game (Sundog, Starflight, etc., except turn-based) and an Infocom text-based adventure. There really isn't anything else like it, now or even back in its own time. Unfortunately, the manual isn't included. The game is so complicated that the manual is an essential reference. It's easy to find in PDF form with some googling, so I'm only knocking off one star for the lack of manual. Also, they really should have resurrected the Classic Mac version. The DOS version's text isn't nearly as clear, and there's A LOT of text.
