I played the very first one, this version has some QoL improvements and additional game modes. I like that it has a 4 player couch co-op option too.
Definitely worth it on sale. It's engaging (maybe repetitive, but so far I haven't gotten bored after playing for some 20h
Seems pretty boring after a while.
