Title close to says it all. The world, story, and characters are engaging and fascinating, the reactivity of decisions is awesome, the game itself is gorgeous (and the soundtrack A+)... riiight up until the final act. Significantly shorter and feels a bit fumbled, though the heart is still there. Definitely not stopping me from making another character and replaying again (and again, probably, and again...), but it's the reason I gave a 4/5 rather than 5/5. As someone who isn't terribly experienced with cRPG/isometric style games I was worried about the combat presenting a barrier, but my worries were proven wrong! And the magic system is brilliant - I had loads of fun, and usually I find those sort of customizable magic systems way too tedious to bother with, but they definitely managed to avoid that. There were occasional bugs that I encountered, but nothing gamebreaking, and all in all I'd definitely recommend giving Tyranny a shot - particularly if you're a fan of solid roleplaying games.
