This game's magic system and complexity of abilities is much better than in Heroes 3 and more flexible hero system makes it stand out from the rest of the series. The art direction is quite interesting. Creatures are stylised and not that obvious in design. Sadly, due to this game being from period of early 3D, most of models are very ugly. On top of that, the colours are pretty bland. Interactive elements and decorations blend into each other too much, leaving the game confusing. Sadly, this game does not have full OST and uses (very good) arrangements of royalty free Celtic music for some tracks.
