Issue with windows 11. Can't open game in full screen with VSYNC. you have to open the game with full screen and VSYNC off then once booted, change to full screen (no VSYNC). Then once playing you can turn VSYNC on. Great game but unbeleivable hassle to fire up. It was okay on windoes 10 but I hear others have this issue too.
